1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we collect the email address associated with that account.

Change Order Data: We store the content of client messages, prices, currency preferences, and project details you enter into the platform. This data is yours — we do not use it for training or analytics beyond what's necessary to operate the service.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics via Plausible (self-hosted, privacy-friendly) to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personal data is sent to third-party analytics services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Operate and maintain the Addenly platform
• Send change order notifications to you and your clients via email
• Improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns
• Communicate with you about service updates or support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Email Communications

Addenly sends transactional emails — approval requests, status updates, and invoice notifications — on your behalf to your clients. These contain your email address as the sender identifier. We use Resend as our email provider. Your email addresses are transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of email delivery.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our server. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@tarius.my.id.

5. Third-Party Services

Addenly uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Resend — Transactional email delivery (Privacy Policy)
• Google OAuth — Optional sign-in (Privacy Policy)
• GitHub OAuth — Optional sign-in (Privacy Policy)
• Plausible — Self-hosted analytics (no data leaves our server)

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@tarius.my.id. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of Addenly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
