1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Addenly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Addenly is a platform that allows freelancers to create, manage, and send change order proposals to their clients. The Service facilitates communication between freelancers and clients regarding project scope changes and associated costs.

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tarius.my.id if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Types: The Service offers Free and Pro plans. Free plan usage is subject to the limits displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam, misleading, or fraudulent communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express permission

5. Client Communications

Addenly sends emails on your behalf to your clients for the purpose of change order approvals, status updates, and invoice notifications. You represent that you have the right to communicate with the email addresses you provide. The content of communications is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

The Addenly name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. The change order data, project information, and content you create within the Service remain your property. We claim no ownership over the content you create using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Addenly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, revenue, or data. The total liability of Addenly shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tarius.my.id. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
